Mason Manning (GERMANY)

Throughout my training and artistic practice, I have become aware of the tensions and stresses our bodies hold throughout the day. I begin each day by scanning my body mentally and beginning to re-sensitize my body to sensation and emotion. This is an improvisational exercise and can be done by everyone-not only dancers. This class will explore how we can use the power of imagery in our mind to reawaken our body to simple movements that take stress off of the body and get us more in touch with our full capabilities of movement as humans.
